Bob brings more than 30 years of executive leadership in industry, where he specialized in high-level contract negotiations with firms such as Boeing, Lockheed, and Airbus. Negotiating is one of his many strong suits. He also served as President of AICI Investments, where he managed a 1.7 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio across Los Angeles, Orange County, Phoenix and Tempe AZ. Bob oversaw all aspects of the business - from property acquisitions and new construction to lease negotiations and corporate tenant relations. Under his leadership, the company expanded from 22,000 to 180,000 square feet of commercial development.
